We charge up front for all custom requests. If our quote is out of scope for any reason, we will reach out to you regarding any cost changes.
PAYMENTS FOR WEBSITE BUILDS
We charge half of the payment prior to starting development and the remaining half prior to launching the website.
TIMELINE
Once payment is received, we will get your project into our pipeline and start the work accordingly. Our project manager or support team manager will communicate with you throughout the project.
OTHER
For all services outside our standard terms and conditions that are being taken care of for no additional charge, Impressions Agency will do the work with no contractual obligation.
